Volunteers (individuals and groups) can Learn & Grow in the E2L Learning Gardens and Incubator Farm, typically mid-April into October. Check our Calendar for updates to Open Garden days and times. See this flyer for detailed information about volunteering in 2018. Contact us to schedule a group work day.
Our dream is to acquire and renovate the vacant house next to the Princeton Learning Garden (7039 S Princeton Ave) to have an office, program and kitchen space, bathroom, and wash-pack and cool storage, to host E2L neighbors, volunteers, and farmers. See this architect’s rendering of what that could look like. If this project fits your particular interest and/or expertise, we would love to hear from you!
We gladly accept donations of items and/or funds to purchase them for the Gardens/Farm and related programs. We also partner with organizations that run senior and youth programs, shelters for homeless people, and other supportive services. We can help direct items to them — and our TWO Little Free Libraries are ready and waiting for donations of books and magazines.
